Our Strength & Conditioning program offers something for everyone. We do our best to ensure that everyone is comfortable in our workout environment. It is important to us that everyone sees the results that they want. This is why we test our strength, speed, and jumping abilities monthly.

EAT Strength & Speed

This class is designed for the more experienced athlete. It aims to help them become better at their sport through helping them gain strength, speed, coordination, and cognitive abilities. This is a great recipe for becoming a better athlete. Athletes get a personalized program to help get them the help they need to continue to grow on and off the field.

This class is for beginner athletes looking to learn the weight room. Most weight room injuries are caused by poor form or lack of oversight from coaches. This class is designed to help newer athletes avoid those risks in a safe weight room environment. We aim to help younger athletes gain strength, speed, coordination, and cognitive ability in order to help them as athletes.
